I'm already thin but i do have extra weight in my stomach that i want to get rid of but not really anywhere else. Will this make me lose a lot of weight or help me build muscle and tone up instead? on Bikini Body 8 Week Program

Michelle's reply:
This will help you build muscle and as long as you are eating enough calories for your workouts you won't lose weight if you are at your ideal weight.

Hi Michelle, i am a very thin type, a sise zero, but everything i eat goes to my tummy. I have a very high metabolism, although i eat a lot nothing happens. I want to be healthier n fitter. My problem is i can't eat sweet thing much and i don't have bad eating habits, like eating little things between meals. Could you please advise, i really want to do your work outs. Thanks on Bikini Body 8 Week Program -
Michelle's reply:
Do the Bikini Body for sure and make sure you are drinking enough water and not taking in too many salts.

Hi Michelle! I'm excited to try this program! I have been doing Weight Watchers since Feb 1st and have lost 15 pounds! I am still looking to lose more and tone up. I'm 29, 5'6 1/2" and 165 pounds. I've pretty much just being doing cardio 4 times a week with very little weight training involved. What will I need equipment wise to get started? I was trying to get just the basics or must haves to get through the workouts. Thanks! T

It was my first day starting the 8 week bikini program. I was wondering which exercises you are supposed to use the dumbbells on, on the day 1 exercises? on Bikini Body 8 Week Program
Michelle's reply:
Any and all exercises. Weights are to be used when doing without doesn't feel hard enough. The Calf raise for sure had a weight but the other's I didn't write any in because it's probably hard enough without.

I love your blog. I just finished your 3 week program. I am a former college D1 cross country/indoor and outdoor T&F athlete. My senior year I ran through bursitis in my hip and have delt with it the past 2 years since graduation. I started doing yoga which has been a lifesaver. I have wanted to start to do more lifting in addition to my running and power vinyassa yoga. And I am finally starting to feel normal again (knock on wood). I loved the variety of the 3 week program and am excited to start the 8 week! Thank you for such a great/inspirational/fun programs on Bikini Body 8 Week Program

Just found your site and love the posted workouts!! I have no problem going to the gym and doing my cardio but then when I do my weight lifting I kinda just wander around doing various things until I just get bored and leave! I like being told what to do in the gym!! I don't want to think about it... just do it! I look forward to trying the 8 week bikini workout!!

  6. when doing the exercises are you supposed to be doing the exercises for a minute or whichever time limit each exercise calls for, or should you be doing the rep range from "your body, your workout"?

  17. Is there a way to go to one spot to print out all of the daily exercises--instead of clicking each one individually? I'm just starting and would like the ease of printing them all off at once. Just excited to get it all started. :)

  18. Hi, I am three weeks into your program and already seeing great results! I am so happy I found this! I have a question about my fruit intake, becasue i love to eat fruit especially the really sweet kind like mangos, bananas, melon and watermelon, but I know they contain alot of sugar. Therefore, I was wondering what is the best intake I should condume in order to still be able to have flat abs? Also, what is the best way to get lean toned arms? I have always struggled to get my arms in shape, but I never reach to the goal I would like. I hoope ot hear back from you soon !
