Hi there,I recently reinjured the ligaments in my knee. I was playing vball and when i landed from a jump my knee popped out.That was about a month ago and I have been trying to do some yoga poses but i dont have much strength yet. What type of exercises would u recommend to help build up some strength in my knee or help with my ligaments? Much appreciated!
